It latches them simultaneously by one foot on the brake pedal. The plate caster swivel model 3A has a metal total lock pedal. It is simple to turn on but not as simple to let go as the nylon brake pedal featured on K3. The metal lock can only be reached if the release deise with the type of your shoe which may not allow enough burden to be utilized to unlock the brake. This is not an issue with the nylon brake pedal on model k3. The metal total lock brake pedal is an alternative on 3a swivels. The metal pedal is shown slightly under the mounting plate of the swivel caster and slightly over the wheel.
